Hi, I’m Kylan Cutts, the founder of One5 Fitness, where I combine my lifelong passion for sport with helping others succeed. With 14 years in martial arts, a background in football and touch football, and personal experiences of both triumphs and setbacks, I understand what it takes to thrive as a young athlete. My journey has taught me resilience, the importance of self-belief, and the power of having someone in your corner. That’s why I started One5 Fitness—to support young athletes physically and mentally, helping them unlock their full potential.
